Who we are

What we keep

• When you join or book (on the website, on your page, on WhatsApp or through an AI assistant): your name, WhatsApp number, your email if you give it, the language you prefer, and any notes you write.
• About your dogs: name, breed, birthday, sex and size, health and medication, food, how they get on with other dogs, training, photos and videos, and vaccination records.
• Bookings and payments: services, dates and prices. For InstaPay payments, the amount, reference and payer name from the club's bank text. Transfers that don't match a booking amount are ignored and not saved.
• Website visits: a count by day, page, where the visitor came from, and phone or computer. No cookies or IP addresses are used for this.
• Cookies: one keeps you signed in to your page on your phone for a year. Staff have their own sign-in cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

To take your bookings and payments, look after your dog (food, health, rooms and play), send you updates, photos and videos, make your dog's club card, and answer your messages.

Who sees it

• The club team. The kennel team's page shows the dogs only, never owners, prices or payments.
• Your dog's public page shows only if you turn it on.
• We never sell or rent your data.
• Companies that store or process it for us: Supabase (the database, in Frankfurt, Germany), Vercel (website hosting and file storage), and WalletWallet when you add your dog's club card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (the card carries your dog's name, photo and member number). Apple or Google then hold the card in your wallet.

Booking through an AI assistant

• If you use Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini with the club's connector, what you tell the assistant passes through that company under its own privacy policy.
• The connector receives only what a booking needs: the service, dates, your dogs' names and breeds, your name and WhatsApp number, and any email or notes you add. Asking about the club or for a price sends us nothing about you.
• The connector keeps no record of your conversation. To limit misuse it counts bookings per number and per address for up to an hour, in memory only.

How long

While you are a customer, until you ask us to delete it. Photos and videos stay on your dog's page until they are deleted.

Your choices

See and change your details on your page. Ask us on WhatsApp +20 122 010 2777 or info@cairocanineclub.com for a copy of your data, or to delete you or a dog: we delete the records and the files.

Changes

When this policy changes, this page and the date at the top change with it.
