These terms

They cover the Cairo Canine Club website, members' pages and club cards, and booking, including booking through an AI assistant with the club's connector. Cairo Canine Club is in Al Mansoureya, Giza, Egypt.

Booking

• A booking is a request until it is paid. Paying by InstaPay on your payment page confirms it, and the club confirms on WhatsApp.
• The price is per dog, per night for boarding and training stays and per day for daycare, as shown on the website. Your payment page shows what you pay, including any discount.
• If the club can't take a stay, it tells you on WhatsApp.
• To change or cancel a stay, message the club on WhatsApp +20 122 010 2777; the club tells you what applies.

Your dog

• Give accurate details about your dog's health, medication, food and behaviour, and keep them up to date on your page.
• A stay needs a vaccination record that includes kennel cough. Bring your dog's own food for the stay.

Your page and card

Your page link and your dog's club card are personal: don't share them. If one is shared by mistake, ask the club for a new link and the old one stops working.

The AI connector

Anyone can use it to ask about the club, get a price and book, at no cost. It does only what the website's booking form does. Give true details, and don't use it to make bookings automatically or in someone else's name.
